Cette désignation correspond à une qualité de surface 10-5, lambda/10 après traitement et une tenue au flux supérieure à 20J/cm2, 20 ns, 20 Hz à 1064nm.
Ces optiques sont disponibles pour 10 longueurs d'onde, 6 réflectivités, 7 dimensions et 8 rayons de courbure, tous sur des substrats en Silice fondue.
