Model 2180 is a high load capacity ball bearing with both coarse and extremely fine adjustment features.

With the locking screw disengaged the table smoothly rotate through a full 360°.
Once you engage the locking screw however, you get extremely fine rotation, via an 80-pitch adjustement screw, over a 10° range.
